Kitting is also useful when you buy in bulk and need the product broken down into smaller units for resale.

IT Services

We are committed to staying on top of the latest technology particularly when it would benefit our business and improve the customer experience. After you decide on the services you are purchasing from us, our amazing IT staff will work on quickly integrating your online shopping platforms with our own systems for a better, more cohesive process. Returns Processing

If you don’t already have a return policy in place, our staff will help you create one or tweak one that you already have to refine it. We will ensure that your return policy is included on every customer order invoice. Returns will be processed without delay so that items may be returned to stock if appropriate. Records will be documented with reasons for returns and the condition of the returned item. Returned items can be held aside if you wish so that you can let us know how you would like us to proceed. The policy can be revised at any time by you and we will make the necessary changes to both the process and the paperwork.
