When a customer signs up with us, they are assigned a Personal Manager. The Personal Manager will assist you with navigating how our services work and help you with any questions you may have about our business. They will also act to resolve issues, assist you with decision-making about adding or modifying services, and help you with anything else you may need. The Personal Manager is available to you for as long as you are a customer. Best of all, there is no additional charge for this service and personal attention.

We understand that your time is very precious, and that is why you will always be able to speak to a live representative when you call us. It is our goal to be there when you need us for support issues and general information.

ACCESSIBILITY

Faslix knows that you and your staff will most likely have concerns over adding yet another software program to your arsenal of tools. Our system, however, is completely user-friendly and very simple to use and understand.

With this system, you will be able to easily order products, see order statuses, make changes, and track shipments from anywhere.

Customers have the option to have daily reports generated and delivered to them for a multitude of datasets. Things like inventory levels, low/missing/spoiled products, returns, and missing information that is impeding order fulfillment.

IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU!

At no point in the order fulfillment process do we advertise our company to your personal clients. Our name is not on any packaging or paperwork. We are the silent partner in this relationship. Your customers will never know we are involved unless you reveal that fact to them.

You can opt for generic packing materials if you wish, or you can use packing materials with your company logo. You can also include brochures and flyers with deliveries promoting your company. Your name and logo can also be used on packing slips and invoices. The choice is yours as to how you wish to promote your company through the order fulfillment process.

SHARED INVENTORY STOCK

As if our Distributed Warehouse Network wasn’t impressive enough, we have an additional option available to customers, our Shared Inventory Stock model.

All customers are invited to participate in the SIS program but must meet certain criteria to become a member of this select group.

This program gives you the unique opportunity to process orders even faster than usual (which is still pretty fast!).

By using the Distributed Warehouse Network, when you need a particular item shipped to one of your customers, ship it to any of our network warehouses. Faslix would then ship an identical product to your customer from the closest warehouse we have to their location. This means they will receive their product more quickly than they would have if you had done it from your location, and the process usually takes less than 24 hours.

Our warehouse owners personally inspect and verify all items that are shipped through this program. This means we can guarantee that only undamaged, brand-new packaged products will be sent to your customer.
